Any of the giants near Quagg Ridge in Zanger drop them. Easy farming and if you are lucky, you are an herbalist and someone else farming them isn't! You can harvest other non-herbalist kills and double your productivity.

Good alternative

The Infested Root-Walkers outside the Allerian Stronghold (near the dreadfang widows) drop them about the same rate and can also be harvested.
