Well, I have raised ole' Humar from a kitten up to the ripe age of level 31 and the other day I noticed that he never learned the new cat skill "prowl". Now was the time to figure out why.

Come to find out I have to tame a pet that knows this skill before he can learn it. In order to get do this I had to let my Scorpid go. This was kind of difficult since I levelled him from like level 8 (I wanted the black and red one) up to 25. I think there are other black and red scorpids at higher levels so he shouldn't be hard to replace. Although, he was at level 6 loyalty-wise.

Stop at any local cook to train basic cooking. Then take a flight to Ironforge. Run out to Khranos and buy a flint and some wood. You will need this if you plan on raising the skill as you go... (to make a cooking fire). Run out to Iceflow Lake and on the dock you can buy the recipe for small brilliant fish. You might also need a pole and some baubles here if you don't have them already. Then head to the open spot in the water where you can fish. You can also train fishing here if you need to. I raised fishing and cooking up to 50 right here without even moving. Make sure to train fishing once you reach 50 before you leave.

Well, the Alt-o-holic strikes again.

Let me introduce myself. I am Wilgrun, dwarven warrior from Ironforge. I will specialize in axes. Ever since Wilgrin, a close hunter friend of mine, sent me a nice axe in the mail I have been hunting the lands around Ironforge with great delight. I have also started using a nice shield he sent along with a nice tomahawk that I purchased from a local merchant. The pair seem to work well together.
